There will be a social half-hour at 7:00, followed by the meeting at 7:30.
All members and prospective members are welcome!
- President (Elect) - The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer and liaison with PHiP, other local groups and any other organization with which the club wishes to communicate, shall chair all meetings and shall appoint all appointed officers and committee chairs as deemed necessary with approval of a majority vote of those in attendance at a stated meeting. (The president serves an additional two years as President Elect the year before he or she takes position of President and as Past President the year following his or her two years as President.)
- Treasurer - The Treasurer shall assume responsibility for the financial matters of the club and have the books available for examination by the Board of Directors upon request. A Treasurer’s report shall be given at stated meetings.
- Communications Director - The Communications Director is responsible for maintaining the club’s website, social networking sites and email lists, editing “The Squawker,” documenting club events photographically, collecting club photographs, and maintaining club photographs in scrap books and/or online, The Communications Director is also responsible for acting as historian for the club and maintaining records as appropriate. The Communications Director is chair of the Communications Committee.
